The Academy has agreed a 15-year repairing and insuring lease at £6.95 per sq ft. Located on Astor Road, the property will be used as a gymnastics training centre for people of all ages and abilities, including specialised classes for those with disabilities. It also comprises a studio for martial arts, yoga and dance classes.
